The Opportunity
You will be responsible for managing your own niche market, focusing on the growing technology industry in Ireland. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing and headhunting candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process, creating a pipeline of candidates for current or future job openings
- Staying informed about industry trends, providing market insight and managing expectations (of both your clients and candidates)
- Building and maintaining relationships and generating new leads
- Representing your candidates to your clients, scheduling interviews and providing appropriate feedback
- Ensuring a seamless recruitment process, and making successful placements for both the candidate and client
About You
- Confident, resilient, professional and financially driven
- Eager to learn and strong communication skills to build rapport
- Perform best in busy sales environment, working towards targets
- Sales experience is desirable
The Package
- Competitive base salary (24,000-30,000 depending on experience)
