Recruitment Consultant - Entry Level

Base salary of 25k + monthly commission

Here at Brook Street we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our team, you will build and maintain a strong client base, source top talent, and foster lasting relationships with clients and candidates alike. If you are a team player with great customer service skills, excellent attention to detail and able to multitask efficiently whilst handling large volume of tasks, this role is perfect for you.

About the role:

  • Ensure that all recruitment processes comply with relevant laws and regulations, including those specific to the health and social care sector.
  • Conduct Right to Work checks, ensure equal opportunities, and maintain accurate records
  • Meet or exceed performance targets related to client acquisition, candidate placement, and revenue generation.
  • Build and maintain a client base by proactively engaging with potential and existing clients, including those within the health and social care sector.
  • Conduct business development calls and meetings to discuss clients' recruitment needs, identify opportunities, and expand the client base.
