Who are we looking for?
We are searching for an experienced recruitment consultant to join our growing team in Belfast. This is a unique role, where you'll have the autonomy to manage your own niche market, focusing on the Irish tech recruitment market. The successful person will be professional, self-motivated, ambitious, and financially motivated, with a proven track record of success in a 360-recruitment role.
As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for your clients and candidates
- Sourcing candidates and creating a pipeline of candidates for future openings
- Guiding candidates through the recruitment process, assisting candidates during interviews, and ensuring a smooth experience
- Scheduling interviews and providing relevant feedback
- Building relationships with both candidates and clients, and providing market insight
- Generating new business through cold calling, chasing leads and research
