Reed Accountancy & Finance are delighted to be working with a client in the property industry in South Belfast and are actively recruiting for an Accounts Assistant  to join their finance team.

This is a permanent opportunity, full time office based. The hours of work are 8.30am to 5.30pm.
Reporting to the Assistant Accountant, the role will support across the finance team, assisting specifically with the property management side of the business.
Specific duties will involve:
Purchase ledger
Scanning
Coding and processing invoices (high volume)
Supplier reconciliation
Payment remittances
Assisting with bank reconciliations
The Person:
Applicants will have previous purchase ledger experience and will be keen to learn.
Applicants will have good MS Excel skills and will be quick to learn.
Applicants will have excellent communication skills and will work well in a small team environment.
