This organisation is based in East Belfast, they are looking to hire a permanent administrator to assist with their daily operations. In this role you will be office based Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm.
Your new role
In this role you will be responsible for the following:

  • To support the operations of the business in all departments, including and not exclusive to, enquiry, quotation, service & maintenance
  • To assist in maintaining accurate & professional communications with the client base
  • To support the invoicing of clients
  • To support the operations of the business with outlook, word & excel tasks
  • Responding to the client base in a professional & timely manner
  • To send quotations to the client base with the support of the management team
  • Provide support to finance to include processing invoicing via sage
  • Update enquiry tracker daily via Microsoft Excel
  • Support service & maintenance department with invoicing via field motion

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will have the following:

  • Minimum 6 months experience with SAGE
  • GCSEs including Maths and English graded A-C or equivalent
  • Excellent IT skills, including experience with outlook, Microsoft Excel & word
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent and strong numeracy and literacy skills.
  • The ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload while adhering to deadlines
