Your new role
Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented administrator to lead and manage the scheduling of courses and training programs. You will liaise with clients and associates, manage databases, prepare company materials, invoice clients, and produce reports. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of daily business activities and supporting various office functions.
Your key responsibilities will consist of the following:

  • Scheduling various workshops and development programs, coordinating with clients and various stakeholders
  • Prepare and manage company documents
  • Handle company evaluations and report results.
  • Invoice clients and manage financial records.
  • Produce weekly work-in-progress reports.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.



What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role, you will have the following:

  • Strong administrative background
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills, with good maths proficiency.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise.
  • Experience working with external clients.
  • Self-starter, capable of working independently and in teams.
