This consultancy specializes in delivering high-value projects across sectors such as education, healthcare, leisure, and residential, with project values ranging from 50m to 70m. They are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join their forward-thinking team in Belfast.

Role

As a Mechanical Building Services Engineer, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing mechanical engineering design activities across a variety of projects.
  • Ensuring technical quality and delivering first-class engineering solutions on time and within budget.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve project objectives.
  • Utilizing tools like Revit and IES to design sustainable and innovative solutions.

Requirements

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services (essential).
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in mechanical engineering within Building Services.
  • Familiarity with Revit, IES, and BIM standards.
  • Knowledge of BREEAM and environmental assessment methods.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
