Brook Street (UK) Ltd is actively searching for a skilled Band 3 ED Receptionist to join our clients within the Ulster Hospital. This is a full-time role of 37.5 hours per week, offering a fantastic opportunity for a 3-month period ongoing.
In this role you will be managing front desk operations, greeting visitors, handling inquiries, and supporting administrative tasks to ensure a welcoming and efficient environment.
You will be working in the A&E department, and we do require the successful applicant to be flexible with working hours.
Service is 24/7 which include weekends, bank holidays (Christmas etc).
You will be covering night shifts which offer a very competitive rate of pay including:
- £15.75 on a Monday - Saturday working 8pm - 8am
- £19.72 on a Sunday working 8pm - 8am
Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
- Minimum of one year`s experience in Administration or five GCSEs at grade C and above.
- Previous experience in Healthcare would be advantageous.
