Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Bedford Square Belfast

Salary: 12 per hour
Working hours: 8 hours/day, 37,5hours/week

Responsibilities:
Greeting and meeting visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Car park management and issuing visitor passes
Availability to work on a rota basis 5 days out of 7, Monday to Friday, between 8:00 am to 5:30 pm
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
Computer literate
Previous administration and reception experience desired
Access NI clearance is required
3 years of employment history is required
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
Excellent communication skills
Proactive and organised individual
