Job Advert: Field Service Coffee Engineer
Location: Belfast
Salary: €40,000 per year + Overtime
Working Hours: 1 Weekend in 4
We are looking for a talented and driven Field Service Coffee Engineer to join our dynamic team in Belfast. If you are passionate about coffee and enjoy hands-on technical work, this is a great opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality technical support and maintenance for coffee machines and equipment at various customer sites.
- Perform installations, repairs, and routine maintenance on commercial coffee machines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime for clients.
- Ensure excellent customer service while maintaining a professional relationship with clients.
- Maintain accurate service records and report on all completed tasks.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a field service engineer or in a similar technical support role.
- A good understanding of coffee machines and related equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Full UK driving license (as travel across Belfast and surrounding areas will be required).
