SITE ADMINISTRATOR / DOCUMENT CONTROLLER
DIVISION: Building
LOCATION: Belfast

Due to a continued period of growth, we have an opening for anexperienced and enthusiastic person, who can provide both Administrative and Document Control tasks on a key Belfast based project.

Candidates should have strong organisation skills and pay keen attention to detail, alongside excellent communication skills.

This vital role is key in ensuring the smooth running of operations and forms an integral part of the site support. It is therefore essential that the successful candidate is a strong team player, who can confidently liaise with all levels of staff, from groundworkers, through to senior management.

Expected duties:
  • Provide clerical support to the project team
  • Word processing,and development of handover documentation, as produced by site team
  • Photocopying, scanning & filing all paper documents onto SharePoint
  • Printing and maintaining drawings to ensure they are up to date
  • Collating reports and printing for the meetings
  • Updating all notice boards within the site and compound
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of filing and administrativesystems
  • Collating Goods Received Notices and submitting to accounts for processing
  • Management and control of all project-related documents, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Maintain and update document control systems to ensure accurate records and easy retrieval of information.
  • Support the distribution of documents to relevant stakeholders and ensure timely receipt of feedback.
  • Prepare and maintain document templates and standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company and project-specific document control procedures.
  • Archive and file documents, both electronically and in hard copy.
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure seamless document management processes.
