The company

With multiple offices throughout the UK, this company is well known in their sector, and offer a fun, vibrant and support work environment for their staff. The company specialises in Business-to-Business sales, and provide in-depth training to ensure their staff have all the skills and experience required to be a success in the business.

The office in Bellshill, which is a relaxed and fun place to work, is looking to add to their established team. There are 20 highly experienced sales executives that you'll be working alongside who can offer additional support and guidance when required.

The role

Sales Executive

The role of Sales Executive will be to primarily make outbound Business-2-Business sales calls to companies who have fleets of vehicles. The leads that will be used for the B2B calls will be a mixture of database clients that the company will provide, and there will be a requirement to source your own leads through market research online.

Your role as Sales Executive will be to call and present the features and benefits of the company's product - through the training and development provided by the company, you will become a subject matter expert on the products. You will listen to customer requirements, and ensuring that you're tailoring your sales pitch to align and match the requirements of the customer.

After bringing on new clients, you will be responsible for account managing these clients for the following 6 months. Within this time, you will build a strong working relationship and ensure that their needs are fully listened to and met.

Duties and responsibilities:

* Maintain a full understanding of the products and services provided
* Maintain and develop new customers
* Use of appropriate sales methods
* Plan and prioritise your sales activities to ensure that targets are met
* Respond to and follow up with sales enquiries
* Delivering a high quality of service, increasing business growth and customer satisfaction
* Log all calls onto the CRM system and other databases used
* Any other duties as required

In return for the above, the Sales Executive will receive:

* A base salary of between 20,000 and 22,000
* OTE Year 1 between 24,000 - 26,000, Year 2 37,000
* Office ran incentives
* 20 days annual leave, plus public holidays

About you

In order to be considered for the role of Sales Executive, you will be motivated, customer focused and target driven. Although sales experience isn't required, if you have some outbound sales experience then this would be advantageous.

You will also have:

* Customer Service experience either within sales, contact centre or retail environment
* Attention to detail and a good level of accuracy
* Excellent communicator
* Willingness to learn new skills
* Inquisitive nature and eager to learn about your customers and their business
* Great telephone manner
