They are a Tier 1 Main contractor who predominantly work in the Construction / Commercial / retail sectors.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated freelance no 2 Site Manager with extensive fit out experience to support the current team and help oversee the refurbishment and fit out works of a major commercial building for circa 9 months.

You will be responsible for several floors, managing and driving sub contractors, daily diaries and updates, ensuring that project is run smoothly, whilst maintaining the highest standards of health and safety.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all on-site activities,

Monitor progress and address any issues that arise during the phases.

Manage all aspects of the health and safety on site.

Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports.
