They are a home improvement company and looking for non-pushy sales reps to meet with their customers and sell their windows. You will be attending pre booked and pre-qualified customers meetings in their homes. Please read below to find out more……Key Responsibilities* Attend pre booked meetings at customers homes to give them a quote for their windows and doors * Use high tech equipment to measure windows and doors* Provide a quote to the customer at the time of the meeting * Negotiate pricing when needed * Sell the products and the benefits * Follow up calls to customers* Pipeline calls to customers * Full training will be provided for this role About you…* Enjoy selling to customers in a non-pushy way, personable sales is the way forward for this company* Be happy working on the road, attending up to 5 appointment per day.* Have a drivers licence and access to your own vehicle as a company van isn't provided until you pass your probation * Hungry to sell and make bonus * Happy to work flex hours as appointment will vary from 10am - 6pm latest* Happy to attend weekly meetings in Bellshill on a Monday morning.Benefits * Fuel card* Company van after passing 6 month probation * Company t's/hoodies* 28 days annual leave (inc bank holidays) bank holidays can be used any time and added to annual leave entitlement Full training will be provided for this role and you will be paired up with the companies top sales person to learn off of them too.
