CBW are looking for a Mobile Electrician to carry out maintenance and reactive work for a leading facilities provider. The role will be based from Bellshill but you will be required to provide cover for sites in Perth, Dundee & Inverness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all PPM is carried out in accordance with the maintenance specification and documented in real time.
- Carry out reactive tasks throughout the sites
- Complete all relevant paperwork for PPM, reactive and breakdown works.
- Update customers CAFM system in real time.
- Ensure that plant faults and defects are swiftly remedied to maintain plant in serviceable order.
- Supervising and monitoring of sub-contractors works whilst they are on site undertaking maintenance.
- Participate in the teams oncall rota and be available for overtime.
- A recognised industry qualification will be required, and previous experience is essential.
- 18th Edition or equivalent qualification.
- Trade qualified Electrician with at post apprenticeship experience.
- Must have a full clean drivers licence.
- Legionella awareness (preferable training can be provided).
- Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.
- Able to work as part of a team.
- Flexible and adaptable to change.
- Must be available to participate in an out of hours standby rota.
