We are working with a leading company in the design and manufacture of advanced electronic products based in North Lanarkshire. They are currently seeking a Production Software Engineer. The role offers flexible hybrid working options and an early Friday finish.


In this role, youll take ownership of developing and improving production testing systems that ensure exceptional quality standards. Youll enhance software frameworks, optimise databases, and create tools to streamline manufacturing processes and data analysis.


We are looking for an experienced System Software Engineer with experience of writing Embedded Software to interact with Test Hardware. This is not an Application Software Engineering role.


Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain software for testing and programming electronic components.

Manage and analyse production databases across multiple sites.

Create tools for Statistical Process Control (SPC) to identify production trends.

Automate test reporting and integrate software with factory systems.

Work on innovative solutions for hardware and software integration challenges.



Your Skills:

Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and SQL.

Knowledge of web technologies (JavaScript, JSON, APIs).

Experience in manufacturing environments and hardware/software integration.
