We are seeking a helpdesk coordinator for one of our clients at Bellshill, ML4 3NJ, and we have opportunities across the United Kingdom! You belong in a team where you can act with purpose and thrive in your own way!You'll support and provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries, respond to customers enquiries via phone and email, and provide prompt and efficient support.

What you’ll do:

  • Respond promptly to incoming calls and emails according to client service level agreements.
  • Maintain high accuracy in information gathering and inputting.
  • Ensure all Helpdesk calls are received, recorded, and followed through to completion in a timely manner.
  • Be fully conversant and compliant with all processes which support the delivery of Helpdesk services, ensuring compliance with contractual KPI targets
  • Provide excellent customer service when dealing with telephone calls, ensuring the use of a polite and professional manner at all times and that all requests are followed up by taking ownership to completion, including the use of accurate handovers where necessary
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships at all levels with both internal and external customers
  • Adhere to all company policies, including but not limited to code of conduct, data protection and confidentiality.

  • Excellent attention to detail including a high level of accuracy
  • Experience in working in a fast-paced environment
