Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and spraying steel components to a high standard
- Using airless or conventional spray equipment
- Ensuring surfaces are prepped correctly before painting
- Carrying out quality checks and ensuring work meets specifications
- Following all health & safety guidelines in the workplace
- Maintaining and cleaning spray equipment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in industrial paint spraying, specifically on steel
- Knowledge of different paint types and application techniques
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Willingness to work on a temp-to-perm basis
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
