Titan are currently working with a Freight Forwarder based in North Lanarkshire who are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join their team.


This role involves managing complex logistical operations in a fast-paced environment to ensure clients receive seamless and efficient service. The ideal candidate will be driven, detail-oriented, and proactive in their approach to problem-solving and process optimisation.


Role responsibilities -
  • Manage all product transportation and shipping processes, including UK/EU road shipments and international courier arrangements, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to service levels
  • Track, record, and monitor stock control, including goods received and dispatched, through a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Work with various client logistics platforms, including Cargowise, Excel, WMS, and Client Portals, to support and facilitate logistical activities
  • Organise dispatches and collections for client orders, maintain comprehensive logistics documentation, and follow up on outstanding purchase orders
  • Track and monitor shipments for timely delivery and returns
  • Evaluate and manage relationships with transport providers, maintaining performance standards to meet or exceed KPIs
  • Ensure PODs are accurately collected and uploaded to the client portal in alignment with KPIs
  • Oversee invoicing procedures to ensure timely and accurate processing

Previous experience within a similar environment is essential

The company offers a great working environment, working hours are Monday to Friday, offering a salary up to £30,000
