Temp Holiday Cover – New Home Sales Consultant

Location: Multiple Sites – Bellshill and Cambuslang

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused New Home Sales Consultant to provide holiday cover across multiple sites covering Bellshill and Cambuslang. This is an excellent opportunity to represent a well-established homebuilder and support clients through the home-buying process. You will be part of an Award-Winning company who specialise in quality, design and providing the best service possible to their customers.


About the Role

As a New Home Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in guiding prospective buyers through the process of purchasing a new home. You will be responsible for managing the sales process from initial inquiry to completion, providing expert advice and ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet prospective buyers, providing a professional and welcoming experience.
  • Guide customers through the home-buying process, explaining available options and features.
  • Manage reservation paperwork and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Follow up on leads and customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Keep up to date with the local housing market and competitor activity.
  • Ensure that the sales office and show homes are presented to a high standard.
  • Provide feedback to the sales manager regarding customer preferences and market trends.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing client questions and concerns with professionalism and care.

About You

  • Previous experience in new home sales or property sales is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Professional and confident when dealing with clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Flexibility to work across multiple sites, with Thursday – Monday shift pattern.
