Jenson Fisher is recruiting a Finance Assistant for an expanding organization in North Lanarkshire on a full-time permanent basis.
The role is ideal for a candidate with previous accounts experience who is eager to learn payroll as part of a well-established team.
Main duties include processing payroll, handling new starters and leavers, and managing sales ledger duties.
A competitive salary and benefits package is offered, with flexible working hours from 8am to 5pm.

Jenson Fisher have been engaged by an expanding organisation based in North Lanarkshire to recruit a Finance Assistant on a full-time permanent basis. This role would suit a good all-rounder who would like to learn payroll and be part of a well established team. This is a great opportunity for an Accounts candidate to learn end to end payroll. The hours of work for this post can be 8am to 4pm, 8.30am to 4.30pm or 9am to 5pm.The main duties:

Processing payroll as part of a team
Processing new starters and leavers
Processing SSP, SMP
Dealing with payroll queries
Sales ledger duties
Processing invoices
Cash allocation
Nominal cash book
Providing support to the finance team

Requirements:

Previous accounts experience is essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Sage experience would be an advantage
Highly accurate and detail-oriented
Team player
Willingness to learn payroll
