In this role, you will play a vital part in helping students develop independence, gain essential skills, and prepare for a fulfilling adulthood. The curriculum focuses on holistic development, ensuring that each child reaches their full potential.

About the Institution:
An all-age foundation special school dedicated to providing exceptional educational experiences for their pupils. Catering to students with profound and multiple learning disabilities and severe learning disabilities, autism and severe learning disabilities, as well as significant social and emotional difficulties.

Job Description:
Future Education seeks a dedicated Autism Teaching Assistant to support students with special educational needs, promoting engagement and helping them achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities as an Autism Teaching Assistant:
- Provide one-on-one and group support to students with diverse needs.
- Assist in the implementation of individual Education Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
- Foster a safe, supportive, and emotionally regulated environment for all pupils.
- Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals to deliver a trans-disciplinary approach to education.
- Encourage and promote independence and life skills among students

Requirements:
- Experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN) is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children with diverse needs.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
