Duties:
- You will be conducting in-depth financial analysis to evaluate business performance, identifying key trends and drivers influencing both current outcomes and future projections
- You will simplify financial concepts for non-finance staff, empowering managers to understand their accounts and build effective strategies through strong collaborative relationships
- You will Support in decision-making by performing ad hoc analyses and contributing to various projects as needed
- Posting journals in the finance system to ensure accurate record-keeping
- Preparing and delivering weekly and monthly KPI reports
- Potentially traveling to site across the midlands offers on-site support
- Participating in budget preparation and processing activities
- Assisting in the annual year-end audit process
- Producing various ad hoc reports to meet the needs of the business
Requirements:
- You must be part-qualified in AAT, ACCA, or CIMA
- Proficient in Excel with a strong eye for detail
- Self-driven and confident in working independently
- Committed to improving the finance function and contributing to broader business success
