Look no further. We are looking for an Architectural Technologist to join a well-established multi-disciplinary practice in Derby. The practice was founded in 1975 with a clear aim of providing agile, high quality, independent engineering and architecture services. Throughout the years, their dedication to building strong, lasting relationships by offering reliable engineering and architectural solutions, while adopting innovative approaches, has been a driving force behind the growth of their business and reputation. This commitment ensures that the relationships they establish, much like the solutions they deliver, are long lasting. What does this mean for you as an Architectural Technologist? You will be joining a practice that, this year, have ranked in the top 100 fastest growing privately grown practices in the East Midlands. The team has expanded solidly under the guidance of six Directors, all of whom are Chartered Engineers or Chartered Architects. Together they have developed a remarkable reputation for operating both prestige and niche projects across the UK, USA, Middle East and Europe. Your work will initially be focussed on several intriguing projects within the industrial, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors including a lot of food/ drinks manufacturing factories, focussing primarily on technical stages (4-5), but could also have the opportunity to handle some earlier planning stages depending on project needs. You will be joining a cohesive team of 16 architectural professionals. Hybrid working is on offer (1 – 2 days a week in the office) as well as a share options incentive scheme after 3 years’ employment, private medical insurance, and market leading pension contributions. You will have access to cutting edge software and powerful computer systems. The salary for this position is between £30K - £40K depending on previous experience. Experience working as an Architectural Technologist within the UK
Must have experience with Revit
Should live within a commutable distance from Derby
CIAT accredited would be beneficial
