Experienced Architectural Technologist required to join a multi-disciplinary practice based in Belper, Derbyshire. The practice offer numerous services in areas including Architecture, Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering and Roads & Infrastructure amongst others.
The Architectural arm of the company is currently flourishing and have won various high profile commissions of late, in sectors that range from Education and Housing schemes, through to multi-million pound Industrial, Biotechnical & Pharmaceutical projects.
As an Architectural Technologist within the practice, you will have various responsibilities which will vary and include focus on production of technical working drawings, as well as a hands on approach on live projects (potential for job running). A working knowledge of Revit software is of high importance for this position, and the Architectural Technologist applying for this role will ideally hold at least 3-4 years of consistent experience using the software.
An Architectural Technologist with the following skills/qualifications would be ideal:
- Degree qualified with UK recognised certificates
- Approximately 5-10 years of industry experience, working within a similar environment.
- A varied background of delivering projects in a range of sectors, including; Healthcare, Industrial and Commercial specifically.
- At least 3-4 years of Revit usage, and be fully proficient in the package.
Salary is negotiable dependant on current experience but is likely to be in the region of 35,000 - 45,000 per annum, alongside a competitive benefits package, with hybrid working options available.
