Job Responsibilities:
- Managing inventory and tracking all incoming and outgoing warehouse products
- Processing customer orders
- Updating excel spreadsheets
- Manage despatch schedules and handle sales invoicing
- Assist with any general admin duties and support departments when needed
Essential Criteria:
- Previous Customer Service Experience (over the phone)
- Proficient in Microsoft packages
