To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:
- IT/Data Analytics Qualification, with expertise in data analytics and a strong track record
- The ability to identify trends and translate complex data into clear business insights
- Strong knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Python, and data visualisation systems
- Ability to present data-driven insights in an engaging and easy-to-understand way
- Attention to Detail, A keen eye for accuracy and precision in data reporting.
- A self-motivated attitude, with the ability to tackle challenges head-on
Within this position, you’ll also be:
- Assess workload volumes, using CRM data and trends
- Build statistical models to predict workload and volumes, using Salesforce, Power BI, and SQL
- Working closely with service teams and leadership to refine reporting frameworks, ensuring data-driven decision-making
- Identify performance Improvement, risks and opportunities using data insights, helping drive continuous improvement in resource planning and efficiency
- Manage and support a team of data analysts, fostering a culture of best practices in data management
Salary and Working Hours:
- £38,000 - £39,000 per annum plus bonus
- Monday to Friday
- 25 days holiday plus Banks
