Blue Arrow Derby are proud to be working in partnership with the global market leader in central heating units and they are looking to recruit a Boiler Replacement Scheme Support Agent to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

Hours: Working 39.5 hours a week - Monday - Friday : 8am - 5pm

. Please note the hours stipulated in the contracts cover from 7am - 9pm Monday to Sunday to allow us flexibility should we ever find ourselves in a position where we need to extend our working hours.

Salary: Competitive - Plus bonus up to 1,500

What will you be doing in the Boiler Replacement Scheme Support Agent role:

* You will be a key player within the team which provides support to customers that interact with the Boiler Replacement department.
* Working to achieve and exceed KPI's and deadlines as required by the business.
* Driving sales to achieve your target in a professional manner whilst building great rapport with our customers.
* Perform daily / weekly/ monthly reporting.
* Carry out all invoicing functions, maintaining records and payment tracking.
* Dealing with internal and external customers, providing excellent service at every opportunity.

Previous experience and requirements:

Previous sales experience is a required A first class telephone manner with exceptional customer interaction skills.
You are highly organised with the ability to work and adhere to key deadlines.
Excellent communication skills. (Verbal and in writing)
An adaptable and flexible approach to working hours.
You are self-motivated and happy to work on your own or as part of a team.
