This varied and autonomous role involves attending sites for initial cost assessments, preparing tenders, and managing pricing from suppliers and subcontractors. Responsibilities include issuing and tracking technical queries, conducting quantity take-offs, and compiling cost sheets, including allowances for travel and logistics. You will also participate in internal commercial reviews, write clear tender proposals, offer value engineering solutions, and attend client meetings to discuss scope and costings
