Are you an experienced Resource Planning Manager looking for your next opportunity? Our client is recruiting a brand new exciting role and looking for a dynamic person to join their team. You’ll play a key role in optimising workforce efficiency and ensuring the seamless allocation of resources across the business.

To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:

  • Proven experience in business resource planning and workforce management
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with various stakeholders
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based planning tools
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English at grade 4 or above

Within this position, you’ll also be:

  • Developing and implementing resource plans to ensure service levels and operational efficiency
  • Tracking and analysing resource usage to identify trends and recommend improvements
  • Building forecasting models to predict short-term and long-term resource needs
  • Allocating resources effectively based on skills and priorities
  • Monitoring and adjusting resource requirements in response to business changes
  • Identifying workforce gaps and collaborating with other areas of the business to align resources with business needs
  • Acting as the main point of contact for resource-related matters, negotiating priorities, and resolving conflicts
  • Leading and supporting a team of resource planners, ensuring best practices are followed
  • Developing and maintaining KPIs to drive workforce efficiency across field engineers and contact centre agents

Salary & Working Hours

Monday to Friday

Excellent Pension and Benefits package

Upto £32,000 per annum plus Bonus
