Data Analytics & Reporting Manager

Our client, a well-established business, is expanding its team and looking for a Data Analytics & Reporting Manager to drive data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse data from CRM systems and customer booking trends to assess workload volumes for both field service engineers and call centre teams. Provide insights through dashboards and reports to inform managers and service directors.
  • Develop statistical models to forecast service engineer workload and contact centre call volumes. Use data from Salesforce and external partners to support SLA delivery, considering factors like product sales pipelines, customer churn, and geographic demand.
  • Collaborate with service teams to gather and refine reporting requirements, ensuring continuous improvement in the reporting framework.
  • Identify insights to optimise service performance, proactively addressing risks and opportunities to improve resource allocation.
  • Lead and support a team of data analysts, setting clear goals and ensuring best practices in data management.
  • Act as the key liaison between department heads on all data-related matters, driving data initiatives across the business.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • A relevant IT or Data Analytics qualification, with a strong track record in data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data trends and present insights to stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Python is highly desirable.
