SF are seeking a reliable and organised Temporary Administrator to join our client in Heage.

This is a temporary to permanent opportunity so must be immediately available.

Driving license is needed to access this location. Key duties include creating and managing folders, supporting filing tasks, raising invoices and purchase orders, answering the phone, and inputting delivery notes. Key Duties

  • Reporting, responding and actioning breakdowns and faults of hired plant 
  • Processing Invoices and Sub-contract invoices
  • Ensure all hire/sale are inputted correcting onto their system
  • Action / allocate incoming electronic mail and correspondence to the correct members of staff and issuing post externally and internally
  • Meet and greet visitors to the office and taking incoming calls
  • Support other members of the team to achieve successful project delivery
  • Provide admin support to line managers
  • Processing material orders as required for the department and ordering of hired plant and transport
  • General filing

Requirements

  • NVQ 3 Business & Administration or equivalent is preferred
  • GCSE English & Maths Grade C/4 or above
  • Strong IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel
  • Good organisational and timekeeping skills
  • Accuracy of administration and compliance with company standards
  • Pro-active with the ability to work under pressure
  • Problem solving and decision-making skills
