Blue Arrow Derby is proud to be working in partnership with company that specialise in the manufacturing industry and they are looking to recruit a temporary HR Administrator to join their team.

Please note this role is to start asap and will be on a temporary on-going basis, also will be based on site at the Head Offices in Belper, so candidate should ideally be immediately available or have a short notice period.

Hours: Mon - Thurs (8:30am-5:00pm) and Friday's (8:30am-3:30pm) - 37 hours per week.Salary: £12.99 p/h (£25,000)Location: Belper

What does the HR Administrator role involve?You will be the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding all HR Admin-related queries. The ideal candidate will be an organised, reliable, and communicative professional who can handle various administrative tasks in a dynamic environment.

Duties will include:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR-Admin related inquiries.
  • Assist with the administration of HR & L&D-related documentation.
  • Provide clerical support to the HR department.
  • Ensure the creation and maintenance of accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Support the HR team with recruitment, on boarding, and training processes.
  • Support department strategic projects and pillars
  • Check mailboxes
  • Interview support
  • Training Bookings
  • Support Performance management process
  • Scanning and SAP maintenance support

What will you bring to the HR Administrator role?

  • At least 6-12 months previous experience in a HR Administrative role is highly desirable
  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Proven experience in a busy office environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in different software and MS Office Suite.
  • Experience in using SAP/Success Factors
  • A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong Team player
