Are you an experienced Payroll Administrator looking for a new challenge? Our reputable client based in Belper are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their growing team. You will be responsible for processing the payroll for the company.
To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:
- Proven experience within a payroll role
- Proficient in MS Office & using inhouse systems
- Strong mathematical skills
- High attention to detail
The ideal candidate will have a proven experience within a payroll role/environment. You will be an excellent communicator and enjoy working as part of a team. Having the ability handle confidential information & data is a must for this role!
Within this position, you’ll also be:
- Processing mileage & petty cash claims
- Collating & calculating timesheets
- Calculating & inputting of payments
- Processing of new starters and leavers for the company
- Tracking of absences such as SSP, SMP and so on
- Maintaining the payroll database
- Dealing & responding to any queries
- Processing of employee files
- Updating of P11Ds & employee tax codes
- Running & processing of the company payroll
- Carrying out any other ad hoc duties as required
Salary & Working Hours
Salary is £23,000 - £27,000 per annum, dependant on experience
Working hours are Monday – Friday
