What You’ll Be Doing
As an Electronics R&D Technician, you’ll play a key role in the research and development of electronic systems. Working closely with the Head of Hardware Development, your responsibilities will include:
- Prototyping, testing, and maintaining hardware products.
- Supporting fault-finding and implementing enhancements in production items, test fixtures, and processes.
- Collaborating with the development team to ensure product integrity and quality.
- Maintaining and improving test solutions within electronic manufacturing systems.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- HND/HNC in Electronic Engineering or equivalent (experience in lieu considered).
- Experience in electronic product manufacturing or R&D.
- Knowledge of electronic manufacturing systems and production processes.
- Familiarity with electronic testing, debugging, and schematic interpretation.
Desirable Skills:
- IPC training certification.
- Experience in through-hole and surface-mount soldering.
- Mechanical skills, including manual and CNC work.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Additional Requirements
- Candidates must be British Citizens.
- This role requires obtaining and maintaining DV security clearance.
