Blue Arrow Derby is proud to be working in partnership with a manufacturing company and they are looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to join their their team on a full-time permanent basis.

Hours: Mon - Friday - 37 hours a week
- Monday - Thursday : 8:30am - 5pm
- Friday : 8:30am - 3pm

What duties would you be doing within the Operations Manager - Call Centre role?
* Planning and development of project plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines and budget constraints to support project leads across the business.
* Management and delivery of projects, including delegation of tasks to the project team members best positioned to complete them.
* Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project. Serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project. Communicate with PMO manager to keep the project aligned with their goals.
* Management of a project portfolio to support the UK business in the use of the PMO project templates and tools, this includes acting as the point of escalation on all projects to resolve issues and remove barriers.
* Project reporting and quality control on projects throughout development and accurately report project KPI to ensure projects are maintained to the highest standard.
* Support the PMO team in training the business in Project Management best practice, ensuring teams are adhering to the VGUK PMO Governance, standardisation and processes.

Experience/Requirements for the Project Manager position:

* Previous experience in a project management role is essential for all applicants.
* Programme management experience is desirable.
* Project certification APM/Prince2 Is preferable.
