Responsibilities:You'll be working in our Belper office dealing with different departments providing administrative tasks & some receptionist duties such as:

  • Arranging courier collections and deliveries
  • Raising and approving SAP orders
  • Ability to book Travel/Hotel/Hire Car
  • Receptionist duties to include switchboard, Samsung system, control of visitors/customers on site.
  • Opening and closing reception
  • Monitoring stock and ordering stationary
  • Post in and out (distribution across site)
  • Announcements via switchboard
  • Updating daily spreadsheets

Essential requirements:Excellent communication skillsMust be competent in excel & wordAbility to multi-task.Using your own initiative.Comfortably speaking to people face-to-face.Managing own workload.Previous Admin/Receptionist experience.

Desirable requirements:

  • Driving licence and use of a car
  • Knowledge and experience within a manufacturing environment
