Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with clients and identify opportunities to assist them in all areas of their business
  • Use innovative candidate sourcing and screening techniques to find the best people for our clients
  • Work with our management team to identify new recruitment tenders and win bids for large accounts
  • Generate new business by reaching out to new and existing clients via phone, email, and tendering processes (with the support of the management team)

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the recruitment industry, with a proven track record of building relationships, winning new business, and developing accounts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A consultative approach to working with clients.
  • Positive attitude towards personal development and continuous learning.

Salary, Benefits & Working Hours

Salary is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum + Commission + Bonus, dependant on experience
