As a Quality Manager your duties and responsibilities will vary daily but predominantly the following:
- Provide clear leadership in quality-driven development.
- Strengthen relationships with key customers and suppliers to enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Collaborate across departments to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead a "correct at source" and problem-solving approach.
- Enhance Quality Management, Planning, and Supplier Assurance systems.
- Develop and implement best practices, strategies, and policies for optimal performance.
- Ensure in-house systems comply with certification requirements.
- Address customer complaints with immediate and long-term solutions.
- Train employees on new systems and procedures.
- Oversee and manage the audit program.
- Self-motivated, organized, with strong professional skills.
- Able to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and solve problems proactively.
- Flexible and adaptable as needed.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Skilled in engaging with diverse individuals, including senior stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
