Warranty/Service Advisor
Salary: £29,000 - £31,000 + £2k Annual KPI Bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday (2-week rotating shifts), 1 in 3 Saturdays (half day)

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee service, warranty, and PFL invoice processes, ensuring compliance with manufacturer policies.
- Process service, warranty, and PFL job cards to maximize profitability while adhering to guidelines.
- Liaise with technicians, customers, and the manufacturer to guarantee seamless claim processing.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a warranty or service advisor role, ideally in the automotive or commercial sector.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage administrative processes efficiently.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
What’s on Offer:
- Competitive salary between £29,000 - £31,000, plus a £2,000 annual KPI-driven bonus.

- 1 in 3 Saturdays: 08:00 - 12:00
