HR Services Administrator

Full-time (Hybrid) Location: BelvedereSalary: £13.00 + per hour PAYE

We are seeking an HR Services Administrator to handle sensitive personnel information, coordinate new starter events, manage staff rotas, and address payroll queries. If you have a background in personnel management and excel in organisational and communication skills, this role is perfect for you!

 Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Handling all correspondence with managers via email, letter, and telephone.
  • Coordinating and organising New Starter Welcome Events.
  • Prepping welcome packs for up to 70 + new starters each month. 
  • Managing sensitive personnel information and taking minutes for Disciplinary and Grievance meetings.
  • Planning staff rotas and addressing payroll-related queries.
  • Ensuring all personnel activities comply with HR policies and procedures.

What are we looking for? 

  • Previous HR admin experience. 
  • Skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, and experience managing information on a database.
  • Strong multitasking abilities with good organisational skills to prioritise conflicting deadlines.
  • Strong minute-taking skills.

This role will be full time office based until mid-Dec as you will receive training, we want you to succeed!
