Food Quality Manager

This role is based in Bexley for an experience FOOD QUALITY MANAGER. The company prides itself in the adhering to the highest standards of food safety and this role is a key role in maintaining its reputation as a supplier Duties: Summary: The role has 2 main parts: 1) QA related compliance and 2) team management 1)QA Compliance Documentation Review and update Haccp documents, organise Haccp meeting as Haccp team leader

• Check that documents are compliant with the latest national and international food hygiene regulations.
• Monitor and analyse quality tests
• Monitoring supplier compliance to H&S standards
• Ensuring labelling is accurate

2)Team Management

• Developing and training the quality team of 4
• Mentoring and coaching staff
• Reviewing performance

Requirements:

• 4 years of experience in a Food Quality management
• Degree (ideally)

• Knowledge of the HACCP system
• Food hygiene qualification
