A leading, established andhighly successful provider of mechanical and electrical installation services to commercial and industrial buildings seek the solid appointment of an experienced MechanicalForeman / Supervisor from an M&E / Building Services mechanicallinstallation backgroundto join their exciting planned growth and continuedsuccess.
Candidates sought must be able to commute to or are based in or near to LONDON.
Typical projects may include new build data centres, distribution centres, manufacturing centres, hotels and leisure, automotive showrooms etc.
You will be one of the leading tradespeople present on site where you will coordinatethe activities of the personnel within your team. It will be your esponsibility to ensure that all mechanical servicesinstallation work is delivered safely on site and with flawless quality, therefore we seek someone who is at the top of their game.
Reporting to Site Managers and Project Managers, It is yourjob to make sure that the people under your control are kept busy and all productivity targets are met. Your focus and priority will always be, Safety, Quality, Productivity and Scheduling.
Whilst you champion safety within your crew and ensurea safe working environment, you will check equipment planned for use is safe and fit for purpose, safety records are in date for each member of the crew and any required training is complete or planned before starting on site.
Regular responsibilities will includeweekly toolbox talks with the support of the safety advisor, ordering day to day materials and managingplant and equipment
Candidates highly sought after are those naturally from an M&E / Building Services background with directworking experience as a Mechanicall Foreman / MechanicalSupervisor in the deliveryof mechanical installations.
You will be an organised and approachableleader with real experience behind you and proud of your craft.
