Your role is to create ahappy, caring and safe atmosphere; puttingresidents needs first, providing a wide range of physical, social, emotional and psychological supporttailored to the individual. Werespect differencesand recognise our staff and residents will have different needs.
No previous experienceis required for this role as we willprovide full training, therefore if this is your first role in Care we willsupport you fully. We do require you to demonstrate aflexible, hard working and caring attitude, with a desire to work as part of adedicated teamand aright to work in the UK.
