About the Role:This 100% new business role is perfect for a driven and experienced Business Development Manager looking to expand their career within the corrugated packaging sector. Your primary focus will be to identify, pursue, and secure new customers while managing and growing the accounts you win.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively generating new leads and converting them into long-term clients.
  • Maintaining and growing relationships with newly won accounts.
  • Achieving and exceeding sales and margin targets.
  • Identifying new business opportunities within your geographical area.
  • Providing exceptional pre- and post-sales support to ensure outstanding customer service.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and suppliers to maximize margins and improve product knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in corrugated packaging sales.
  • Proven track record in business development and new business acquisition.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and self-motivation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage your schedule effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
