We are seeking a skilled Forklift Counterbalance Driver to join our team on a temporary to permanent basis. This role is based in Rayleigh and offers a great opportunity for an individual looking to advance their career in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Day-to-day of the role:

Operate counterbalance forklifts to manage goods within the warehouse.
Ensure safe handling and storage of materials.
Load and unload deliveries from trucks efficiently.
Perform general warehouse duties as needed, including maintaining a clean and safe work area.
Conduct routine checks and maintenance on forklift equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Valid counterbalance forklift licence.
Proven experience as a forklift driver.
Strong understanding of warehouse safety regulations.
Excellent physical condition and coordination.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
