- Handling a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters independently.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm standards.
- Providing clear and accurate advice on all aspects of the conveyancing process.
- Supporting business development initiatives to grow the department's presence.
- Qualified Solicitor with 2-8 years' PQE in residential conveyancing (guideline only, all levels of experience will be considered).
- Proven track record of managing a diverse range of conveyancing transactions.
- Strong knowledge of conveyancing laws, processes, and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional communication and client care skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
