Electro-Mechanical Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Electro-Mechanical Engineer to support our client at their site in Leigh on Sea, Essex.

You would be providing maintenance, repair and servicing to equipment onsite and working closely with the inhouse engineering team.

The ideal candidate would have experience of both mechanical and electrical engineering

In this role you will:

• Attend all mechanical, electrical, plant, equipment and building problems
• Carry out safety tests as required
• Start up and shut down processing plant, equipment and facilities
• Undertake a programme of planned preventative maintenance ensuring optimum use and minimum downtime
• Carry out duties as laid down in BS EN ISO 9001: 2000 / 14001 Local Working Instructions and Company Operations Manual which may be updated from time to time
• Support with building maintenance and other Ad hoc times
• Any other ad hoc tasks

This role offers a range of benefits including:

• Full Time, Permanent Position
• £35,000 - £38,000 PA
• Monday to Friday, with one Saturday morning per month For PPM tasks
• Main work pattern Monday to Thursday 07:00 to 15:30, 07:00 to 14:00 on a Friday
