Lettings Negotiator - Benfleet - £23,000-£24,000 basic - plus commission
Our client is an independent, boutique agency based in Benfleet. Over the years they have built a fantastic reputation and have become the "go to" property experts for their customers in and around the local area. They are now looking for someone with exceptional communication and customer service skills to work in their busy Lettings department as a Senior Lettings Negotiator with fantastic future career progression opportunities.
This would suit someone who perhaps is currently working in a corporate agency and would like to explore a more fluid environment where you will be able to make the role your own as well as being encouraged to speak up with new ideas to implement within the business. The Director is extremely down to earth and knows the staff are the beating heart of the business so they are valued and rewarded extremely well. Preferably we would like someone who does have some kind of valuation experience but this is not essential as our client will provide training in this area.
Please note you will need a full clean UK driving licence and a car for business use to be considered for this role.
Day-to-day responsibilities for the Lettings Negotiator.
- Building relationships by liaising with potential landlords and tenants and building the portfolio
- Manage incoming enquiries from new applicants regarding properties on the market.
- Negotiating offers on behalf of tenants and landlords
- Following up and carrying out feedback
- Always providing excellent levels of customer service
- Generating and winning new business
Hours are - Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
Sat - 9am - 5pm
(Day off in the week)
