Job Title: Sales Administrator
Location: Redditch
Salary: £28,000 – £30,000
Hours: Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 5:30pm, Friday 8:30am – 4:00pm
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing company based in Redditch. This organisation is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator / Order Processor to join their sales team.

Key Responsibilities- Ensure customer satisfaction by accurately processing orders, advising on product suitability, and identifying buying patterns and sales opportunities.
- Build strong customer relationships to maintain business and identify growth opportunities, including re-engaging with lapsed or prospective clients.
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls and email inquiries, providing excellent service aligned with company values.
- Create quotations, manage pricing inquiries, and follow up on leads and quotes.
- Assist with sales activity administration and proactively seek new business opportunities.
- Respond to customer complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction and resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries and pricing to support efficient decision-making.
- Previous experience in an office-based sales or administrative role is essential.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A confident approach to working with numbers, such as pricing and quantities.
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs (A-C), including English and Maths.
- A positive, proactive attitude, with excellent attention to detail and pride in your work.
- Full-time hours: Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 5:30pm, Friday 8:30am – 4:00pm.
